There's a new white water course in Germany nearby the City of Leipzig
The City of Markkleeberg decided to build a white water course consisting
of two rivers: one for competitions and one for training sessions. Moreover,
both rivers can be used for leisure activities as completely equipped with
mobile obstacles. Six pumpes connected to an artificial lake formed on a former mine
ensure the necessary flow for the two courses. Two conveyor belts link the arrival area
to the two starting basins. The construction was finished in 2006.
