Hydrostadium: a week of commitment to inclusion ♿
On the occasion of European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, Hydrostadium organised a series of activities to raise its employees’ awareness of the realities of disability, whether visible or not.
💡 A range of educational activities:
- A crossword puzzle on the theme of disability and celebrities.
- Quizzes and interactive games to challenge preconceptions.
- An inspiring talk by Sofyane Mehiaoui, a para-athlete, on resilience and the challenges to be overcome.
- Handipoursuite, an engaging online game for our teams.
- A presentation by Nelly Ducasse, an occupational health expert, to answer all our employees’ questions.
- Stickers placed on the floor to stamp out preconceptions. Created with Malakoff Humanis, these stickers helped draw attention to and deconstruct stereotypes about disability directly on our premises.
Our objective? To encourage reflection, deconstruct stereotypes and strengthen our commitment to an inclusive working environment.
