Kayak-cross starting ramp: testing completed, heading to Oklahoma City!
Hydrostadium has just completed testing its kayak-cross starting ramp. Designed in accordance with international standards, it features a new, fairer starting layout for all athletes, while retaining the current protocol.
Designed to adapt to site constraints, it can be installed on the riverbank, on a footbridge or on a temporary structure, offering considerable flexibility for different whitewater venues.
The next step: installation at the Oklahoma City venue, which will host the kayak-cross events of the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games and the 2026 World Championships.
